How to Use iSimplify Trust (The Breakdown)

FOR THE BUYER

– Discuss and agree terms with the seller

Discuss the terms of the deal with the seller, be specific, and ensure they understand what you want. Make sure to include them clearly while setting up your iSimplify Trust transaction.

– Open a new iSimplify Trust transaction

Login to your account and click Start New Transaction to create a transaction as a Buyer. Remember to ask for the Seller’s email on iSimplify as you’ll need it during the transaction setup. Then provide the details of the transaction you are about to make. For example, what you are buying, what date you expect what you’re paying for to be delivered, the agreed price, etc. Specify all terms in the transaction description and click on Create. If you’re buying more than one item, you can add them separately or together as desired.

– Notification to Seller to accept Transaction Terms

The Seller will be notified by email to accept the terms of the Transaction and you can also inform the Seller to check his or her iSimplify account. Once the seller accepts, you’ll be sent a notification to proceed with payment.

– Make Payment for the Transaction.

Check the transaction page and click on the Make Payment button. Proceed to pay the agreed amount with the seller using Bank transfer (most preferable), your debit card, or your wallet (if it has been pre-funded before the transaction). Your payment will be held in escrow by iSimplify.

– Receive Goods/Services from the seller.

Inspect the delivered product and ensure you have gotten what was agreed. If you didn’t get exactly what was specified in your agreement with the seller, you can open a dispute for a partial or full refund (if you are willing to return the product)

– Approve the Transaction on iSimplify Trust

If you are satisfied with your order, go to the transaction and click on “Confirm Delivery”.

– iSimplify Trust then releases payment to the seller

With your approval already in place, we will proceed to release payment to the seller instantly. Note that payments are held to protect both the buyer and the seller. Therefore, buyers cannot make any complaints after there is confirmation that the goods/services ordered have been well received. Sellers will also not get paid if the exact goods/services ordered are not delivered as per the terms stated in the agreement.

FOR THE SELLER

– Discuss and agree on sales terms with the Buyer

Discuss with the buyer in detail about what to expect, to avoid transaction disputes, you have to be very honest so that there are no surprises, if the product has a scratch, let the buyer know this and include this tiny detail in the transaction terms. A buyer can only win a dispute against you if you did not deliver what was clearly agreed.

– Open a new iSimplify Trust transaction

Login to your account and click Start New Transaction to create a transaction as a Seller. Provide the details of the transaction you are about to make. For example, what you are selling, what date you expect to deliver, the agreed price, etc. Specify all terms in the transaction description and click on Create.

– Send Transaction link to Buyer to make payment on iSimplify Trust

Wait for the Buyer to review the transaction and make payment. You will receive an email notification informing you that the payment has been secured. Do not proceed with delivery if you don’t get this notification or confirm there’s already a pending payment in your ledger balance on the platform.

– Deliver the agreed Product or Service

Send the product for delivery and obtain proof of delivery if possible to avoid a situation where the Buyer denies receiving the product.

– Get Paid Instantly

After the buyer confirms receiving the agreed product, iSimplify Trust releases your payment to your Available Balance on your iSimplify Wallet instantly which can be withdrawn anytime you desire. No delay!

– In case of Issues

You can always click on the Open Dispute button on the transaction to call in the attention of iSimplify Support to mediate on that particular transaction.
